Main Duties
Reporting to the Senior Construction Surveyor, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Follow-up payment certificates with operations and clients’ representatives
Liaise with sub-contractors and prepare sub-contract agreement and progress payment as per agreed allowable.
Perform site measurement for both sub-contractors’ payment and monthly application
Liaise with Contracts Managers to follow-up on variation works and pricing of same on a constant basis.
Prepare cost report and monitor cost for on-going contracts.
Liaise with consultant / client for final account
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction field
Former experience in CCS would be an advantage
Other Requisites
Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Willing to work odd hours
Holder of a valid driving license
