Main Duties
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Assist with the monitoring of site operations in the HVAC contracting field
Prepare shop drawings and calculations for submission to consultants/architects/clients.
Attend site meetings and follow-up actions
Assist with testing and commissioning of HVAC installations
Liaise with clients on operational and technical issues
Assist with the preparation of quotations, BOQ and claims
Follow up orders with suppliers
Prepare and submit reports for mechanical works in air-conditioning
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Prior experience in HVAC field would be an advantage
Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge in building management system and AutoCAD would be an advantage
Other Requisites
Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
