Receptionist / Administrative Clerk

(Ref: RAC/EN-MS/0522)

Main Duties

Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to: 

Attend and co ordinate incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner
Greet customers with courtesy and direct them accordingly
Ensure that the reception desk is never left unattended
Ensure correspondences are properly followed up and directed to departments concerned
Perform administrative duties for the Human Capital Department

Qualifications & Experience

HSC or any other equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position
Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office

Other Requisites

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player who can work under pressure
