Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to the Maintenance & Repairs team
Plan and coordinate maintenance and repairs work
Carry out surveys and submit technical report
Ensure efficient day-to-day operation and maintenance of different services on site
Establish productivity targets with Supervisors and Technicians
Monitor site progress and quality of work and take corrective action/s where necessary
Assist in commissioning and tendering exercise
Prepare quotations and claims
Monitor cost of jobs/projects
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Sound knowledge in the commissioning of VRF system and chiller products
Fully conversant with HVAC shop drawings and construction drawings
Other Requisites
Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office tools
Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines
