Training Manager

(Ref: TM/EN-MS/1021)

Main Duties

Reporting to Senior Management, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Manage the Training Academy, including budgeting, costing and administration
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and prepare the annual training calendar
Develop training programmes based on the needs of operations
Register courses with the MQA and follow up on HRDC procedures
Market the services of the Training Academy externally
Develop strategic partnerships with registered training institutions for technical courses
Source internal and external training consultants  
Deliver training courses when required

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in HRM and/or Training & Development or in any equivalent field
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Training & Development
Proven experience in running a training centre will be an advantage

Other Requisites

Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
Possess excellent management and strong marketing skills
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
