Assistant Construction Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site survey
- Conduct site visits for ongoing projects
- Liaise with sub-contractors, prepare subcontract agreement and progress payment as per allowable
- Prepare and follow up monthly application of payment certificates with all relevant back up
- Follow up on variation works and pricing of same on a constant basis
- Prepare cost report and monitoring of cost for on-going contracts
- Liaise with consultant / client for final account and attend meeting
- Assist the estimating team for pricing of tenders, as and when required
- Prepare monthly turnover sheet for review with management
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Fully conversant with shop drawings and construction drawings
- Minimum 5 years of experience acquired preferably in a contracting environment
Other Requisites
- Quick response for resolving operational issues
- Self-organised and flexible on working hours
