Neeraj Hurbungs
Chief Operating Officer

Neeraj Hurbungs holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) from the Mauritius University of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from the Leeds Metropolitan University (UK), and a MSC in Financial Management from the Heriot Watt University (UK).

Neeraj joined Manser Saxon 13 years as an Electrical engineer and was quickly promoted to Contracts Manager in 2009, and to Commercial Manager in 2011, before being nominated Acting COO in 2021.

Eric Hardy
General Manager

Eric Hardy joined IBL group in 1997 and was appointed General Manager of Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd in 2001. He holds a BSc Mechanical Engineering from University of Cape Town, South Africa as well as an MBA.

His academic background coupled with his solid experience in the construction industry, provide him with an increased edge on all M&E and Process Engineering projects undertaken by Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd.

Fabrizio Merlo
Founder,
Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd 

Fabrizio Merlo is the founder of Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in the management of building and allied services companies, Fabrizio has worked in South Africa and Mauritius. He has also managed various construction projects in Seychelles and Maldives.

Over and above his extensive experience in the construction industry, Fabrizio brings entrepreneurial spirit, strategic managerial expertise as well conceptual skills to Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd. He holds a B.Com and an MBA from the University of Natal, South Africa.
