Fabrizio Merlo, founder of Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd, holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of all companies within the Engineering sector of IBL Ltd, since 2007. With over 30 years of experience in the management of building and allied services companies, Fabrizio has worked in South Africa and Mauritius. He has also managed various construction projects in Seychelles and Maldives.

Over and above his extensive experience in the construction industry, Fabrizio brings entrepreneurial spirit, strategic managerial expertise as well conceptual skills to Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd as well as to the other companies within the Engineering Sector of IBL group. He holds a B.Com and an MBA from the University of Natal, South Africa.

Eric Hardy
General Manager

Eric Hardy joined IBL group in 1997 and was appointed General Manager of Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd in 2001. He holds a BSc Mechanical Engineering from University of Cape Town, South Africa as well as an MBA.

His academic background coupled with his solid experience in the construction industry, provide him with an increased edge on all M&E and Process Engineering projects undertaken by Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd.
