Reporting to the Contracts Manager (Tornado Ltd), the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate material quantities, labour and costs for tenders in HVAC field
• Prepare accurate bill of quantities
• Carry out site surveys and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance
• Prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals, including HVAC system design for design-build projects
• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately, on time, and in line with all compliance requirements
• Attend tender interviews, document discussions, and revise proposals as needed
• Handover awarded projects to the execution team with complete documentation
• Maintain updated pricing and client databases for accurate future estimations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in estimating works in M&E

Other Requisites:

• Proficiency in HVAC design and equipment selection softwares will be a strong advantage
• Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
• Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
• Prior exposure to execution of HVAC works on site would be an advantage
