Piece Rate Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate piece rate remunerations based on production output and established rates
- Maintain accurate records of individual worker production data
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly piece rate calculations
- Maintain detailed records of piece rate schedules and rate changes
- Update worker production databases with accurate output figures
- Ensure all piece rate documentation is properly filed and accessible
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in production counts or payments
- Ensure compliance with established piece rate policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- HSC or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contracting environment
- Experience with piece rate or production-based compensation systems preferred
Other Requisites
- Quick response for resolving operational issues
- Self-organised and flexible on working hours
