MS Facilities Ltd applies web-based CMMS software for building management which integrates with any existing systems. It aims at centralizing management support for any contract in terms of efficiency in maintenance programme implementation and also to have proper follow-up of works carried out, including submission of reports.
The CMMS deals with all procedures relating to the operation of buildings & services (the preventive & corrective maintenance, interventions, asset register, management of response times, scheduling and resource management, inventory etc.)
