The Manser Saxon Training Academy was launched in 2014 to further sharpen the skills of the MS team members, and be more efficient and productive. However, courses that are offered at the Academy are also open to the external public, for those interested in the skills essential to the construction industry.
MS Training Academy not only focuses on the transfer of technical knowledge, but as much on soft skills and non-technical skills that transform a technically capable person into a productive and committed employee.

The institution is registered with the Mauritius Qualification Authority (MQA) and has a wide list of courses corresponding to the needs of the industry. Technical training in refrigeration, air-conditioning, electrical, woodwork and others non-technical courses in communication, time management, management, labour law as well as training in supervision and team management are offered.
