Reporting to the IT Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead application and data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive enterprise application modernisation, including legacy transformation and cloud adoption
• Verify that applications meet business, performance, security, and availability requirements
• Oversee data architecture, analytics, and reporting for data-driven decision-making
• Implement data governance ensuring quality, integrity, security, and compliance
• Deliver process digitisation and automation (workflow, RPA, low-code, APIs)
• Partner with business teams to improve processes and customer outcomes
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service levels
• Assess and pilot emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Establish governance to prioritise initiatives and track value realization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
• 8 years of proven experience in IT, applications, or data management
• Professional certifications in cloud platforms or data management
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities

Other Requisites

• Self-organizer with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
