Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and prepare detailed drawings and material specifications
• Manage client relationships from consultation through to project completion
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent
• Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and material selections
• Assist in procurement and cost control
• Provide design clarifications and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and ensure timely project handover

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in a contracting or design consultancy environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completed projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to develop and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings

• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Posses good analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Quick response for resolving operational issues
