Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the ongoing performance of the company’s ERP system
• Implement ERP processes to enhance business efficiency
• Assist in planning and executing ERP-related projects and product support initiatives
• Act as a liaison between functional teams, IT Application Support, IT Development and Operations to coordinate system issues, enhancements and projects
• Ensure continuous ERP system availability and functionality on a 24-hour basis
• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to develop reports and provide actionable insights
• Monitor ERP system performance, identify issues, and ensure prompt and efficient resolution to meet business deadlines
• Update and manage ERP application system documentation
• Prepare comprehensive process documentation and user training materials for ERP system implementation
• Conduct ad hoc training sessions on ERP functionalities and best practices as requested by Operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology or any equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in a similar position
• Prior knowledge and experience in ERP implementation, particularly with Infor would be an advantage
• Good technical knowledge of SQL and query language and reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot any kind of ERP systems related problems

Other Requisites:

• Posses good analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) both English and French
• Quick response for resolving operational issues
