Systems Building Contracting Ltd is looking for suitable and highly motivated candidates to fill in the following vacancies:

a) Draughtsman

• Generate CAD drawings based on markups
• Modify as made drawings as per markups
• Produce MEP shop drawings
• Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/construction and installation
• Interpret architectural and designer drawings
• Conduct surveys on site as and when required
• Relay detailed information in plan, elevation, and sectional view
• Provide guidance to Trainee Draughtsman
• Keep track of incoming and outgoing documentation for Projects
• Liaise with Operations Department
• Perform administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical certificate or diploma in draughtsmanship
• Fully conversant with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• At least 5 to 10 years experience in similar position in MEP sector

Other Requisites

• Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Knowledge in Revit will be an advantage

f) ICT Technicians

g) Plumbers

h) Welders

i) Ductmen

j) Van Driver
 

Qualifications & Experience (for posts c-f)

• NC Level 3/4 or any other relevant technical qualifications
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Valid driving license (for post j)

Other Requisite

• Flexible to work at odd hours
