Systems Building Contracting Ltd is looking for suitable and highly motivated candidates to fill in the following vacancies:

a) Draughtsman

Generate CAD drawings based on markups
Modify as made drawings as per markups
Produce MEP shop drawings
Present working drawings for use in all stages of the project, tender, manufacture/construction and installation
Interpret architectural and designer drawings
Conduct surveys on site as and when required
Relay detailed information in plan, elevation, and sectional view
Provide guidance to Trainee Draughtsman
Keep track of incoming and outgoing documentation for Projects
Liaise with Operations Department
Perform administrative tasks

Qualifications & Experience

Technical certificate or diploma in draughtsmanship
Fully conversant with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
At least 5 to 10 years experience in similar position in MEP sector

Other Requisites

Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Knowledge in Revit will be an advantage

f) ICT Technicians

g) Plumbers

h) Welders

i) Ductmen

j) Van Driver

Qualifications & Experience (for posts c-f)

NC Level 3/4 or any other relevant technical qualifications
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
Valid driving license (for post j)

Other Requisite

Flexible to work at odd hours
